How to refund customer using payout?

Sorry, the customer cannot be refunded using a payout regardless if the customer paid twice or more for the same item.

It is our policy that all payments received by a merchant must be settled with the same merchant only.

The merchant is required to contact the customer and perform a refund to the customer after the payout is completed.
