How to Reconcile Payout?

1. Sign in to your Billplz account (via Plzlogin)

• Click Sign In button at https://www.billplz.com/

• You will navigate to https://www.plzlogin.com/users/sign_in.
• Sign in using your existing credentials.

2. Follow four (4) steps below

Step 1 of 4:

Download your account statement ( Dashboard > select period > Download Account Statement). 

Step 2 of 4:

View COLLECTION section.

Step 3 of 4:

Sum the amounts under PAYOUT column with the same TRANSACTION DATE.

Step 4 of 4:

The total amount of step 3 will be the same amount deposited in your bank account the next day. Check credit balance if it is not tally due to the system will deduct from your total daily total collection automatically to offset any negative credit balance.

Please be informed that the transaction fee will be deducted from your Credit Balance. If your credit is in a negative balance, auto-reload will take place.
