All the user options and settings are manageable from the same place, under the UMP Dashboard -> Users tab.
Here you can accomplish the following actions for a certain user:
- Approve their account
- Approve their email
- Edit assigned level
- Edit profile
- Attach specific page/post content in the overview tab
1. Approve User Account
If the user account is not approved, the user will not be able to login the UMP system. Their WP Role is set to Pending.
Approving a user means changing their WP role to an unrestricted one. This can be done from each user line under the username by clicking the Approve link.

2. Approve User Email
If you have Double Email Verification set up in the Register Form settings, newly registered users need to validate their email address before being able to use the UMP system.
There are three main status settings for this option:
- Verified – The verification was requested and email was validated. User is able to login.
- Unverified – The verification was not requested, so the email was not validated. User is able to login.
- Unapproved -The verification was requested and the email was not validated. User is not able to login.
If the admin wants to approve the user email manually, it can be done by using the Approve Email link under the username display.

3. Edit Level Assigned
As an admin you can manage levels assigned to any user at any time, you can assign new levels, delete or change the start/expire time.
Simply edit an existing user and search for the levels section at the bottom of the page.

4. Edit User Profile
The admin can manage all user details (including the password), except for the username which can’t be changed in the WordPress environment.
Just click on the edit link from each user line.
5. Attach a specific Page content
The Overview section from the Account Page can display general content or specific content for each user. All you need to do is edit each user and select a specific page/post with the Select Post For Account Page Overview option.
Once that’s done the page content will replace the overview message for that particular user.
